COVID-19 has taught us many lessons – that diseases have no border [and] the importance of proper hygiene. At the same time, it has emphasised how important personal responsibility is. It has also demonstrated the impact one person can have on the community, a society, and by extension a country. Jamaicans, COVID-19 will not win, but it is so important for us to band together as a society to ensure this. We will overcome COVID-19 and Jamaica will be a better place to live, work and raise our families.
